Moonay Return & Exchange Policy
At Moonay, every piece is curated and packed with care. At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video proof. We will gladly offer store credit or an exchange for the same item (if available).
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Our small-batch approach means every item is limited—so while we can’t offer refunds, we’ll always try to make it right if there’s a problem with your order.
